Whistle/Horn Block

Hi there!
I've been using the Podrash trains add-on for a bit now and absolutely love it! It's easily the best train add-on on the marketplace by far and can even stand with some train mods from Java. However, there's still a few things that could be improved/ added for an even better experience.

While most of my suggestions have already been suggested by many others (e.g. more trains, turntables, rail crossings, redstone emitter) one I haven't really seen anyone suggest would be a way of automatically sounding a locomotive's horn/whistle.

Perhaps this could be done with a block underneath the rails, similar to the station/ accelerator blocks. Maybe when a locomotive runs over it, the horn could sound for a few seconds, with the time length lasting for a customised length similar to how the station block's stopping time can be controlled? I feel this would be a great little feature for adding life to players' railways.
