More fish and dishes with it

Gathering votes

I would like to see more seafood such as tuna and sea urchin added.
I would like to try making new dishes using it.
Especially sushi. I thought it was strange that they had cod and salmon, but not the standard tuna.
I also want new things from existing ingredients.
I would like to get salmon roe from salmon and make it into sushi.
This is my earnest wish as one of the Japanese add-on users.
