Custom Train Creation

Dear Pod Crash Team,

I have an idea that I believe could enhance the upcoming Trains addon for Minecraft. It would be great to allow players to create their own trains using custom train parts built with blocks. Similar to the Minecraft Create mod for Java Edition, this feature would allow players to assemble a train from blocks rather than just using pre-made entities.

Key Ideas:

Custom Train Creation: Players would use various train components (already provided in the addon) to build their own trains. This would include parts such as:

Cab Frames

Boilers/Fuel Tanks (with options to adjust sounds based on diesel or steam)

Train Trucks (train bogies and wheels) The goal would be to place these items in a crafting-like interface, combining them to create a functional train.

Non-Entity Customization: Instead of creating a train as an entity, players would craft a train block structure from these components, allowing for more flexibility and creativity. The player could then use this structure to interact with the game world.

Additional Blocks: To further enhance customization, the addition of Horn and Bell blocks could be introduced. These would allow players to choose different sounds and tones for their trains. The pitch and style of the horn and bell could vary based on different settings or configurations applied to these blocks.

Benefits:

Customization: Players would have more freedom in designing their own trains, resulting in a more personalized and immersive experience.

Interactivity: Instead of just using static entities, the idea would give players the ability to physically craft and build trains, adding a new level of creativity to the game.

Sound Customization: The ability to change sounds for the horn and bell would allow for more variety and give each train a unique feel.
